If you’re new to running to get in to shape, come here because these people will get you the best information on how to pace yourself, what types of food to eat, and then they’ll sell you the best shoe to get you started. They can be pricey – watch out. However, I really liked the knowledgeable staff. more

Tortise and Hare Running 8/1/2005

The people that work in this shop are SO knowledgable about running, how a shoe should fit, that pains you are feeling in your feet when you run, etc. I was amazed at how much they knew! Tons of shoes to choose from for men and women. ALso lots of gear like clothing, water bottles, etc. Stuff is on sale sometimes too! more
