Recently purchased a pre owned Nissan Titan and brought it in for service, told the technician about the problem in the engine and he said that because there is no light on that there isn't anything wrong with my truck. As soon as I drove off the lot again the problem still existed. And still exists. I think it's very unprofessional for a mechanic to overlook a problem because a computer doesn't indicate there being one. When I personally told him what was happening. Are Nissas mechanics taught that if the computer doesn't show that there's a problem then there isn't one? Because that's ridiculous. Thanks more

My experience with Torre Nissan began in 2003 with your service dept. and it was very positive. That's what brought us back. Jose Herrera met us in the lot and was friendly and informative and not in the least pushy....we were impressed and it resulted in our purchase of a car. He is very knowledgeable. Also we were impressed with Eli in the contract department...very good and he knows his job. more

We were referred to Jose Herrera by Juan Castillo from service. Jose was very nice and helpful as my wife was looking for a new car. Jose answered all my wife's questions while she test drove the Armada and Pathfinder. Jose and the finance team made sure we put down exactly what we wanted and he was even able to make sure our monthly payment was where we wanted it. Thanks again Jose for everything! more

ACTUALLY MY FRIEND DID THE WORK FOR ME WITH YOUR DEALERSHIP AND RECEIVED A FAIR PRICE FOR THE CAR.\r I LOCATED IN ONLINE WHEN I DID A SEARCH, SO THAT PART WAS GOOD. ONCE WE COMPLETE THE ARRANGEMENTS WHICH MOSTLY HAVE TAKEN PLACE VIA TELEPHONE, I WILL PROVIDE AN UPDATE. SO FAR, I HAVE TALKED WITH DOMINIC TO COMPLETE SOME OF THE PAPERWORK. more

I'd give it 10's across the board. Carlos Carillo was super informative and did not pressure me Ike other dealerships. He stayed late to assit as I got stuck in traffic on my way there. The whole team at Torre gets a 10 from me. more
