Worst

Time is everything, especially when it comes to finding a limo company. I used them a couple of times and they were always fashionably late. Definitely NOT going to use them again!

A+ Service!!!! We rented their Party bus & 3 of their stretches for our wedding party. We found that we needed 2 vans and another car to do shuttles between our places we were setting up & they acomodated quickly. We only had a small problem which was my fault by giving our old address but they STILL got to the new address in plenty of time. My wife & I now use their service on a regular basis. Robert, Ralph & I couldn't believe this but the owner John came out to chauffeur & coordinate the efforts. I didn't get the other driver's names but there were NO complaints. I heard some strong comments about John but from our point of view They all gave awesome service! I would recommend them to anyone! more

We've had a terrible time with this company. We used them for a wedding and they charged us for overtime (which we did not use). Over a year later we are still trying to get our money back. The owner has been difficult to get in touch with and has made mean comments towards us. Do not use; very unprofessional. more

Fashionably LATE 11/2/2011

Time is everything, especially when it comes to finding a limo company. I used them a couple of times and they were always fashionably late. Definitely NOT going to use them again! more

DO NOT USE 7/14/2011

I cannot believe I didn't any reviews before using a limo in AC. I am surprised to even see that they actually have limos and that it isn't a complete scam. They never showed up for my booking, didn't answer calls throughout the day before or at the time (and their voicemail mailbox was 'full' so I couldn't leave a message). Then they emailed me saying I was a 'no show/no call' and refused a refund (they charged my card upon booking - DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE EASE OF THEIR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM). more

Very Disappointed & Dissatisfied! 7/13/2009

Limo broke down at daughters April wedding, No replacement provided, had to get rides to the park for pictures, still no ride to the hall, No refund given, still waiting for promised gift certificate, wont return phone calls, Shame on Torgro, No way to run a professional business Cons: many more

stay away!! 10/18/2008

I use car services all the time when I come to Atlantic City and Torgro is the shadiest one. I had a flight to catch at the airport and the car wasn't there when I scheduled it for. I called the dispatcher and they were unbelievably rude and said they had me down for a later time. I ended up taking a taxi and Torgro refused to refund my money saying that they do not provide refunds. They are clearly not service oriented and I would not recommend them to anyone. more
