I get Topper's Pizza about once a month. The last time I wanted some, I placed an order for a large one-topping pizza for pick-up over the phone. The person on the phone told me my pizza would be ready in 12 minutes. About 15-20 minutes later, I entered the restaurant, but the location had either forgotten about my order or lost it. Without me complaining about it or asking for compensation, the person at the register immediately apologized for the mistake and offered me a complimentary salad bar and soft drink while I waited for my pizza to be made. I declined her offer, but when they handed me my pizza, they also handed me a coupon entitled ""We Goofed"" that was good for a free large one-topping pizza. I thought the way the people there handled the mistake was very classy and demonstrated a commitment to great customer service. They left me with no doubt that I will continue to patronize their restaurant.
