I can’t believe how fantastic this dog boutique is!! \r \r The owners and employees of Top Dogs are super helpful and genuinely interested in the well being of your four legged friend. They have hard-to-find items, like raw food, doggy apparel, airline carriers, supplements, pet memorials, and treats that…according to my dog… are like crack. There is a GREAT selection of toys for dogs big and small, and I was even surprised to see cat and horse sections too!\r \r They've stayed open late for us, given us free samples of natural food for our very fussy dog, are extremely knowledgeable, and always have a treat for my dog when we walk through the door. Top Dogs once helped us special order a luxury dog bed and an engraved dog tag that is guaranteed for LIFE!\r \r If you're looking to support local business this is a very reasonable place to shop. They have every fancy dog thing you'd want and if not in stock, they’ll special order it. (It is also cleaner and friendlier than other pet stores - boutique or big brand.) Plus awesome customer service!\r \r They know what they're doing, they love dogs, and they run a great boutique. I wouldn't step foot in another pet shop!\r more

Horrible customer service. I went in the other day because the other competitor I usually buy my food from was out, and no one offered to help me the entire 20 minutes I was in the store. I finally asked someone if they had any more food in the back, and the girl checked the shelf and said no, which is where I had just been, but not the back. Definitely not a very good dog company. I wont be returning! more

I have been patronizing Top Dogs Pet Boutique in Kennesaw for over a year now and I just love this store! They carry the dog food I feed my corgi, Piper, at a reasonable price for premium food. The folks who work there are knowledgeable and very friendly and they always take the time to fuss over my dog and make her feel welcome too with treats and attention. And their selection of pet products is extensive and very, very lovely in looks and in quality. And again, I feel their prices are very reasonable for an upscale boutique. I just love shopping here as I always feel welcome but never pressured by their knowledgeable staff that is always willing to help me with any questions I may have. more

This specialty store had everything I needed and more! I went in looking for a specific kind of natural dog food, and left with enough samples of food and treats to last my dogs awhile! The women I spoke to were very kind, very helpful and eager and knowledgeable about the food and treats - just what I needed! After I had figured out what I had gone into the store for, I ended up finding all kinds of Christmas gifts for friends and family and a few for my dogs as well. An excellent selection of everything from gift ideas to dog toys and collars! It was my first time in the store, but I had heard of it before, and it will not be my last time in the store! This place is great for the unique clothing and merchandise for pet lovers like myself. It's hard to find a pet boutique that offers this much in the Kennesaw area. However, the customer service is not that great. I visit often, and a few times I've gone in there a woman with dark hair has been so helpful and pleasant. The other times when she's not there, I don't even get a ""Hi"" when I walk in,or ""How are you today"" when I check out at the register, or even a ""have a nice day"" when I leave.
