A great place to take your family, not only for the home made ice cream, but for the atmosphere. Kids like the big red caboose and they have plenty of farm animals to look at, and clean benches and picnic tables to sit and enjoy your ice cream. They had plenty of flavors to choose from when I was there, over 30. My favorite is Cashew Caramel Delite! Pros: Prices, Freshness, Unique Atmosphere more

Homemade Ice Cream/Nice Drive in the Country 3/29/2006

Okay you smell the cows while you're eating your ice cream....but it's really good homemade stuff, rich and creamy. Try the Needham Ice Cream. The needham is a maine candy kind of like a mounds bar. Pros: friendly, fresh, for the family Cons: not that many flavors more
