I've practically been using Tony's Plumbing since its inception and I have absolute trust and confidence in everything that they do. Any time that I've needed plumbing, be it on weekends or odd hours, I've received prompt replies from them followed by a scheduled appointment. They have showed up to each one on time, without fail. Regardless of the complexity of the job, they always deliver wonderful work. Anything that Tony has fixed, stays fixed. He warranties all of his work and just has the old word skills needed to fix anything in regards to plumbing. Tony's Plumbing and Drain Services are the best plumbing company in Santa Cruz. Tony, the owner, has great abilities as far as plumbing is concerned. He explains every detail, and lets you know that he really knows what he is doing. He lets you know all your options. If you have an emergency, he always finds some way to get there, even if it's on a Sunday afternoon. He shows up and takes care of the problem. I cannot find any other plumber in Santa Cruz as good as he. No other plumber compares to his skill level. He is hands down the best plumber around. more
