I recently purchased a low-miles 2010 Infiniti from Tony Basso GM. About a week after buying the vehicle it developed a strange noise. I took it to a local Infiniti dealer and had them diagnose and repair the problem, this cost $1200. After speaking with a few different people at Tony Basso GM I received a phone call from Tony Basso himself. He apologized profusely, told me he would cut me a check for the repairs, and was in general a great guy to speak to. I was impressed by his willingness to handle my concern directly and great effort to make things right, thanks Tony!
