I bought my dream truck 2 years ago and no matter what I bring it in for they are quick and they explain things to me. on march 18th I had my first accident with my truck so of course brought it in and adam burk got me started with the oil change and a recall that I had been putting off and he had the mechanic do a visual check for under body damage.he actually made me laugh and forget the stress of just being in an accident. hope he is there everytime I come to the dealer. he gets things done and had great hussle knowing my time was important. thanks a lot. not only was adam so helpful he got dennis kemper on board to help with the recall. even though dennis was due to go to lunch he postponed it for me and fixed the recall. During a recent snowfall, another oncoming driver slid across the road and totaled my 2008 Dodge Ram Laramie truck. After getting the settlement agreement from the insurance. I started looking for a replacement Ram 1500 in the local area where I live, near Seattle, but found the choices and pricing not quite what I was looking for. After widening my search on AutoTrader to 300 miles, I found a 2012 Ram 1500 Quad Cab Laramie with most all the options I wanted at Dick's and the price was great (about $5,000 less than a local dealer wanted for the same model)! After a short phone call and being connected to Randy May, I found that the vehicle was still available and made arrangements to meet him at 8:30 a.m. the next morning, when the dealership opened. Randy had the rig pulled into the side bay of the showroom, so I could look it over under the bright lights for any defects. Other than a few minor scratches on the tailgate, the truck was looked fine and since 2,000 miles was left on the warranty, I would have time to have any defects in the vehicle corrected at a local dealer. After a short drive, I had Dick's shop install a few items on the truck (which they had in stock), negotiated the price with Randy, and wrote out the check. After the 7 hour round trip, I must say that the Ram drives much nicer than the rental car which I used for the trip down to Hillsboro. The entire event was a most pleasant experience and Randy was great to do business with (even if he still has that Mississippi accent). Well worth the time and miles to drive down there! We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Dick's Country. We are not from the area and did our initial search via craigslist and google. Dick's Country has a variety of quality pre-owned vehicles. Let me stress QUALITY. We spent many hours, before Dick's, looking at vehicles from some shady places, one where I even asked the salesman to stop the car so I could get out. We are so happy to have found Dick's. GREAT!!!! I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee about three weeks ago. Living in Camas, WA I never thought of going to Hillsboro for a car. But I saw an online ad for a couple of vehicles of interest. My phone call led to a visit & the next day a purchase. Why Dicks, Randy May, Corey & Mandy. Everything they said on the phone happened exactly as told. $2000 less then my local dealer & really nice people. But to really tell you how good they are, there is a second part to this story. My vehicle had some sort of water leak. Must have come from the factory that way. I called Randy & he & Corey said lets just swap out for another new Grand Cherokee. Yesterday, that happened. My husband and I have been looking for a used van for quite sometime. We went to a few dealerships and found Dick's Country(thru the Costco program) has the best selection and customer service in town. Jeremy DeHaven was friendly and not pushy. He has been at this same dealership for a long time and came with 10+ years of mechanic experience. Because of that, he was able to give us very honest opinion on the van we are seriously considering. We identified a few items that needs to be fixed and he had the team worked on it right the way. Since the used van only came with 1 remote key, he offered to help us program it once we get it online. I see myself going back to Jeremy for more cars and services related needs. more

I was in the market to buy a used car and a first time buyer and after a terrible experience at another dealership I was referred to Dicks Country Dodge. I called in ahead of time and told the sales representative Randy what I was looking for as well as my price range. When I arrived he had prepared a list of cars that fit my description along with a few others he though I may be interested in based on our previous conversation. Start to finish I was treated with courtesy respect and did not feel like I was being pressured into buying.
