Since 1952, Tomah Memorial Hospital has been taking care of the healthcare needs for area residents as an independently operated facility offering primary and secondary acute care services, as well as diagnostic, preventative and emergency services, on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. Our 25 bed critical access hospital is a unique community resource – providing residents a level of clinical quality and technological capability usually available only from large regional medical centers, but with more personal attention and close-to-home convenience. Within our state-of-the-art facility, healthcare providers offer medical and surgical care, obstetrics, swing bed care and respite care, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapy, and cardiac rehabilitation. Our 24-hour Emergency Department is staffed for emergent health care needs, while Urgent Care services are available daily on a walk-in basis. TMH also offers care without an appointment at our Warrens Walk In Clinic located adjacent to Interstate 94 at Warrens. Community educational services and wellness programs are also provided through the Community Outreach Center for Occupational Health & Wellness Department. In addition, our Specialty Clinic provides Audiology, Cosmetic, Gastroenterology, Oncology, Otolaryngology, Orthopedics, and Podiatry care and services. Caring Hospice & Palliative services are provided at our Hospice Touch / Life Choices Palliative Care facility which includes an 8 –bed Serenity House for end of life patients, and Palliative Care Clinic.
