Bad: Service 0-10 0 Sales Rep 0-10 1 PRICE 0-10 5 (After they did an illegal loan scam)Make sure to check out Department of Financial Institute,no your consumer rights in indiana. stick to your guns, have your own financing.....ask to see everything in writting befor you sign anything!!!!!. Improvements: everything. Other: Give your hard honestly earned money to a different dealer than any tom wood location. Id rather go to hell than buy another vehicle from the tricky,lying,no integrety sales manager, ever again.. more

Don't Buy from Tom Wood 9/21/2009

Tom Wood Nissan lacks intregity and class. This dealership and company ripped off my co-worker. They also damaged her vehicle and failed to take full responsibility for the damage. I will never be buying from any Tom Wood dealership. If you're goint to buy a car, at least buy from a dealership that is honorable. I will be spreading the word, that's for sure! more

i bought my nissan elsewhere (before i lived in Indy) but Tom Wood has been excellent in doing service. I have had such nice treatment from them that when i buy another car, it will definitely be from Tom Wood. more

Fabulous! 7/9/2005

Wonderful sales people, fantastic repair department, fast friendly service. In an industry where promises are made but not always kept Tom Wood Nissan is refreshing. My car was ready when promised, for less than the price I had been quoted and they had even vacuumed the carpets out for me. Whether you are buying, trading or simply trying to get your car repaired Tom Wood Nissan will be able to help you quickly and well. more
