I spoke with Tom the day before this reviews. After purchasing the policy from Tom he then informed me that he will email me a copy of my policy. Next day I still did not receive the email. I've checked the spam folder. I called back and spoke with Tom directly and asked him if he could send me a copy of my policy. He was unhelpful and stated that he does not keep old sent emails. Seeing how he wanted to get rid of me overthephone, I then kindly asked him if I could get another copy of my policy via email. He said he would have to write up another email in the most annoyed tone and stated that "he could send me an email, but would not know what he would put in there." Basically he did not want to help. Few minutes later he said good bye without providing me with any assitance. I've switched my insurance company since then. I would not recommend this guy.
