Todd's Chem-Dry Carpet

I contacted Todd's Chem Dry to clean my carpets after receiving a good coupon. The worker's arrived REAKING of cigarettes and coned me into spending double what was estimated on additional treatments. I also had them work on a urine stain. They sprayed my furniture with the liquid solution and did not wipe it down or notify me. My carpets look the same and the urine stain smells worse. This place it a TOTAL rip-off!! I called customer service and all they would do was come back in 5 days and I'd possible have to spend additional money....ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? So, please DO NOT use this company unless you want to throw your money away. I read all the reviews and thought perhaps they improved over time...THEY DIDN'T!!!! more

I too read the reviews after the fact. Came in with dirty equipment. Flew in and out. leaving a muddy mess. When it dried it was so sticky I could not run the vacuum cleaner. I rented a machine at the food store and re-did the carpet myself. Got out buckets of filthy dirty water. \r I wanted someone to come see the mess, but they declined!! Never again! A rating is requied, but I don't want to give them any stars. Pros: YEAH RIGHT Cons: DIRTY, STICKY CARPETS more

I am so frustrated and disappointed with the work and customer service of Todd's Chem Dry.\r I had a small water leak in my basement. I had them come by to clean up the carpet down there. Not only did the spot not come up AT ALL, they overcharged me by $85 and refuse to refund me the money. The guys who came over to do the work tried to upsell me everything. I called the company and received such horrible customer service. They simply do NOT care about their customers. I want everyone out there to know that they, IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM, should use Todd's Chem Dry. Pros: non Cons: thieves, customer service more

I've steam cleaned my carpets before with a borrowed Bissel & done a better job than Todd's Chem Dry. I also had two large chairs done. Came out 'just okay' until my husband & I went to move them to another room a couple weeks later and realzied the entire underside of the arms where nearly caked with hair/dirt. They obviously didnt feel the need to clean the whole chair. Do not recommend! Try another Chem-Dry or rent your own Rug Doctor / steam cleaner. Pros: Friendly servicemen Cons: Not clean! more

I find that the Public always expects a miracle from service companies.That being said,I had my carpets cleaned by Todds Chem Dry recently.What a terrific experience,although my carpets are old & worn & I doubted they would come clean at all! After a friend told me about Todds Chem Dry & the great results she had gotten I decided to give them a try. The girl I spoke with in the office was polite & helpful, she scheduled me for the next day. When the technicians arrived they were polite & professional.They cleaned my carpets & they were dry within hours.To my surprise when they dried they were almost spotless,which I had not expected.Thankyou to all the staff & the Techs I would & have reccomended their service to many people. I recently used Todd's Chem Dry to clean some extremley dirty carpets, the not only were able to get all the stains up but left my carpets feeling and smelling fresh. I would highly reccomend Todd's Chem Dry to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned! more

TODDS Chem-Dry 5626 Rte 38 Pennsauken, NJ 215-744-6900, shame on me for not checking in the WEB before contracting with TODD""S. I've used ChemDry before so its not the product.. its the SERVICE PROVIDER. And to think that they said that they would do a follow-up service to redo there first shoddy workmanship. YEAH Right . They damaged my SERVER with there scruber (reminded me of a wax/buffe) should have realized then that I was in trouble and asked them to leave... They used water and oops forgot to suck-it up... GOOD thing that I only paid extra for the protection...and not the 45.00 for deep cleaner additive \r SHAME ON TODDS.. My mistake for not taking the time to search the WEB.. But I didn't let them do a follow-up cleaning.. Pros: nothing good Cons: save your money and rent a scruber from the food store more
