I would not work with this company. They seem to be knowledgeable but have questionable business practices.. they rarely answer the phone and are impossible to reach when you need them. They never return messages and do not follow through on what they say they will do. An utterly disappointing and frustrating company. more

Did a great job 5/25/2010

TMM built a large home for us in Park Ridge a few years ago and it was a great experience. The subcontractors were great and we still use them when we need a plumber or electrician. Not sure what the problem is with the other reviewer - but it's true, homes are not maintenance free. Perhaps a rental would be a better fit. We have not had any issues at all and if we did I feel good that TMM would take care of us. I just had to leave a message in TMM's defense because our experience was EXCELLENT! Great job 9/17/2009

I've found TMM as a quality architect/builder/general contractor. They followed through to the end of my construction, and even came back to fix some things caused by other than their fault...for free. The review by Julie1960 is questionable at best, typos and all. If something is ""several years after the warranty expired"" I'm sorry to tell you that bad stuff sometimes happens. Any repair company, roofing or other, will DEFINITELY blame someone else so they can get your business. Sorry you feel slamming TMM will fix YOUR problem. And I'm sure you paid too much for the inexpensive repair (sealant & installing an attic fan!).. Pros: On time, on budget more

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! 6/19/2009

We bought a new construction home from them. Several years after the warranty expired we noticed issues in the attic. After having several roofers look at it they concluded that the builder (TMM) was at fault for not doing it correctly the first time. This mistake caused mold in the attic and we had to have Mold remediation done. Cons: They do not stand behind what they build. more
