Tireproz Stillwater still taking a chance going there. 1/30/2014

Friendly and clean atmosphere at the Stillwater location. I don't know if I've ever got out of there without having to come back within a day for something that the mechanics did wrong. They have had some turnover and I suspect the overall mechanical aptitude is getting better. After all they are "ASE" certified mechanics right? I've discovered that the Hudson location is much better in my opinion and as such if i have anything major i take it there. If I need air in my tires I'll go to the Stillwater location. Case in point I just took my car in and left overnight to replace one EFI coil and reset check engine light. I picked the car up and drove approx. 5 miles only to see the same light come back on. I took the car back and they discovered that the mechanic had done something wrong and they will need to keep the car overnight again. I thankful that they owed up to the problem and not try to say or charge me for something else. Again I think that Judd and the Andrews boys are trying to get this location back to a premium shop. more

I stopped in to get wipers replaced on my car - not a big thing, but I was treated just like I was there getting a whole new set of tires. I was greeted with a friendly hello and was thanked sincerely for my business. more

poor service cheap tires 1/8/2014

good deal on tires. cheapest i could find. service was so so. had to wait 20 minutes to check out because no one knew how to run their own "tire proz" card. Also one on their desk guys was conversing with someone when their were 4 others waiting for service. leaving only one person at the desk more

Let's see I thought about this for a few day's to cool off, I was not happy when it took 3 hrs. to put on 4 tires, If the kid would have asked me instead of screwing around for an hour & half I could have told him that i had the pressure sensors raised by dealer to 40 Lbs. not 36, Instead he walked around the truck flinging his hair for an hour & half, this price was great on the tires but the service sucked more

They did a fantastic job with my commander, and they understand that it is the vehicle that I want to have for a while. So they really work with you to make sure all the recommended maintenance gets done. The only thing that they didn't get done was putting my spare tire back in place, because the cable assembly is faulty, but they said they would work w/me to fix the problem. more

Had low air in my tires Saturday afternoon....stopped after 4 pm...realized they were closing. But staff nicely told me they could help. They were busy but immediately helped me. Also discovered I had a head light out ... Again they went out of their way to assist, wrote work order and replaced headlamp, even though it was after hours on a Saturday. Sincerely appreciate how all workers there were willing to stay and help me late in the day on a weekend. You obviously create a good work environment....every time I walk thru the doors, all are helpful & have smiles on their faces, even when very busy. THANKS TO ALL FOR GREAT SERVICE!!! more

Tool my Acura in for oil, lube and checkup; aftger gertting home, noticed old oil reminder was on windshield, and dash reminder still on; returned next day, both problems fixed in minutes. more
