Inspection 12/25/2016

Took my SUV in on Friday, Dec 23 at 9 to be inspected and the wait was not bad as they were busy but still able to get me out within an hour. more

Stand behind their repairs. 12/21/2016

I had a catalytic converter replaced which failed one year later. They replaced the failed part without hassle and free of charge even though the part supplier didn't. Thanks! more

I called in asking if they could complete an oil change, inspection and look at my cruise control that had stopped working. They told me they were pretty full that day, but bring it in for the inspection and that would give them a moment to see if the cruise control would need a special part. They surprised me and got everything done so I didn't have to make two trips. I already receive great customer service and their pricing is competitive. more

Great Customer Service 11/10/2016

Stopped in to get a nail out of my tire. Was a little surprised at the price for repair, but then found out that they don't cut corners... they do it the right way. Patched my tire....no plugs. Happy as always. Great customer service. Ronnie runs a class A shop and I would recommend them to all my friends and family (my family already does business here regularly!). more

I have taken my car to Oak Hollow Tire for years. Always give good service and never tries to get you to buy additional services you may not need. Never tries to sell you tires unless you really need them. Very trust worthy. more

They definitely know how to balance tires. 10/28/2016

My sons' 2001 Olds was making a whine that sounded like a wheel bearing to me, and I also felt like something was out of balance. Turns out, the whine is just the way the tires on the rear roll on smooth pavement. The car needed four wheels balanced, though, due to a shimmy/wobble. They got rid of that! I've paid for wheel balances elsewhere that didn't do squat... Now it's smoothed out nicely. more

Good work, fair prices 10/10/2016

Routine maintenance... Oil change, tire rotation, wiper blade refill. In and out in about an hour, on a busy day. Only one minor complaint — There is a TV blaring in one waiting area, another TV blaring repair infomercial advertising in another area, and Muzak or radio blaring throughout. This cacophony of sound is enough to give me a headache. I wish they would eliminate two of these sources, or isolate them. more

They always take good care of me.They are fast,professional and dependable.I had a problem with a rattling in the front of my car.I would have had to replace my converter for about $600,but they fixed the problem and saved me a bunch of money. more

The best service in town! 10/9/2016

I had my oil changed, tires rotated, and new wiper blades put on last week. Excellent customer service, and an excellent job done on all services- as usual- all done in under an hour. I am never disappointed at Oak Hollow Tire. Ronnie and his staff always take great care of me and my car. more

Took Care of me 9/23/2016

I had a repair to my vehicle from several week ago. Initially, everything was fine. then there was an issue that was similar to the engine trouble that I had before. It turned out to be a bad part from the manufacturer. New part ordered and installed quickly. more
