My husband and I have been going to this Tire Kingdom for nearly 4 years for oil changes as the location is close to home. Over the past 2 years, the mechanics here have made so many mistakes that we will never go back. Currently, my husband is spending his second day (2nd time of it in the shop) waiting to get his brakes fixed after the drums were messed up following a routine tire rotation/oil change. We have also twice left the store with oil caps that were not screwed on all the way, causing oil to spill into the engine. The only upside is that the store has given us comps for each problem (although we will never go back again.) Definitely would not recommend!
