I have been dining at Tio Pepe for 15 years and my thirteen year old son ingested his first solid food at Tio Pepe's while I looked on in trepidation. Jimmy, the owner, an old hand at raising kids (he has three) told me to relax and let my son, Elias, enjoy the food. Boy was he right. Elias has been eating there since and loves the chicken and rice especially.\r
The service is attentive and reasonably quick. The ""caring"" of the staff as to your satisfaction is ""first rate"" and food is whisked away at any signs of displeasure. The drinks are plentiful and tasteful and cause even non-Spanish speaking people to sign Spanish odes with abandon. A member of the owner's family is usually around in the evening-often seen dining along with patrons.\r
I have brought friends and professional colleagues and always gotten positive reviews after a meal.\r
Prices are moderate and the good excellent. Parking is even possible after seven (the side contiguous to the restaurant does not have meters--hard to believe. Enjoy!
Pros: Great Food and drinks
Cons: No corned beef. Just kidding. Can get noisy.
