My husband bought a Seiko watch with a rubber band off the internet ($350). No jewelry store would size the band because you have to actually cut the band to size. Since we didn't buy it at the jewelry store, they wouldn't touch. Everyone recommended TIme and Time again. I'm not sure if the guy there is a jeweler,but you can definitely know that he knows what he is doing. He didn't hesitate at all when he saw that he would have to cut the watch band. He did a great job. I believe that he is well known since he had a number of people waiting for his services. The price was only $9. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends.
