I can confirm that to the fullest. We were customers with Time Warner Cable, then we had trouble with a bad modem, it would shut down the net/phone services from June till Sept. 2010, they were called weekly, because I have seriuos life threating illenss, we needed a company I could rely on. They loss records of calls, I have been hung up on, being insinuated that I was a liar!! Been told ""We can't give out CA's phone number because they are dealing with IMPORTANT CUSTOMERS."" We switched carriers on the net/ phone, tried to compromise with these people, been told, "" We can't let the CEO or the higher ups call you."" I guess they are scared!!! They gave my step-son his deposit for his 1st month because they scheduled the wrong installation day for his service. They can't give us any thing but $10.00- they are so lame, they have grown so, they think they can do people any way. Word of mouth is their worst of best advertisement!! You can bet I am sure letting it be known how rude and slack most of the people who work there are! They gave me the number to Microsoft, who is true to their word, they called when they said they would. Microsoft needed a number, that's when Time Warner Cable made the remark about important customers!! If it wasn't for customers they would not have a job. Jobs were gave to other people because we were unable to be reached, because the net/phone was down. One occassion the tech. told me, ""Go under my computer, hit local disc""- that knocked the internet off for 3 straight days!! I was put on hold for an hour, yes an hour, told them about it, too. I was on hold so much, I got tired of listening to all the things about Time Warner Cable. I can tell you about Time Warner. The modem was doing 1,200 times what it was suppose to be doing 4-6 times in a 24 hour period, that should tell them something!! No, they think they are Burget King, and can have it their way! Not every thing goes that way. Be advised if the national news tells you how sorry they are, believe them, it's true. Our resolution turned out to be no resolution! We could not get them to have any higher ups call, but that's alright, because I am smart enough to over ride them, and I do know how to get in touch with the proper people.
