I absolutely guarantee that the other two reviews of this property were written by employees of the complex. The real scoop on Timber Top Apartments is as follows:\r \r The management and office staff here are scum...no wait, that does not sufficiently express the point; they are *SCUM*!!! Lazy, dishonest, lying, rude, contemptuous POSs, almost every one of them. It is a dreadful task just to go to the office to pay rent or call these miscreants on the phone, because they deliberately take pains to make the experience of dealing with them so routinely painful and unpleasant.\r \r The property manager disclaims any responsibility to provide a clean, comfortable, safe living experience for those who live here, and essentially flips off anyone who complains about loud, threatening, violent, disturbing, or otherwise harmful behavior by others on the property. The units are poorly constructed and uniformly filthy upon move-in. The roads and entryways are in ridiculously poor condition.\r \r On the plus side, the people on the maintenance staff are great; prompt, courteous, extremely helpful, and truly interested in providing a high level of service. During the winter they take great pains to maintain safe traction conditions on the roadways, working until well into the night. The setting is beautiful, with an area of topography and native woods that is difficult to come by. It is simply a crying shame that the place is managed by such a disgusting rabble of low-lifes. Do not rent here unless you wish to be treated continually like a pile of feces. more

The newer apartments across the river are really nice.\r In a little over a year I only got woken up by my college aged neighbors a handful of times.\r Maintenance was polite, on time, and got the job done.\r Management was as good as you can expect from such a large apartment complex.\r Noise really depends on where you live.\r Every now and then I can hear people, but for the most part I can't hear anything.\r Overall, it's not too bad.\r You can expect luxury if you don't pay for it but the price definitely outweighs the cons. more

Want to thank you for having this apartment for seven years. This apartment was very lucky for me. One of my daughters was also born in this apartment. We all spent very good time here in timber top. If you asked what I liked the most, I will say that your maintenance services are the best. more
