I purchased a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 from Will and James. Both of this gentlemen were extremely helpful to me in my buying experience. They were more then willing to do whatever they could to get me in the truck I wanted. They handled my trade-in very well and really took time to make sure I fully understood the numbers aspect of the purchase. Great Experience 8/10/2011

Purchased a 2008 Mercury Mariner on 7-22-11 from Will here and had a great experience buying this car. It was during one of their promotion times and thank goodness Will was there. He made the whole process seem easy and he was very supportive. He did everything to meet all the things I wanted and actually made the deal happen so that I got the car at the price I wanted. If you are looking to purchase a used car go to Tim French Super Store and ask for Will. I know with confidence he will make you feel comfortable and get you the best price. Will made my first time car buying experience awesome. He was so helpful and knowledgable, he listened to what I wanted and didn't just push any car on me. He made me feel confident in my purchase and I knew that if I had any problems I would be taken care of, and I was!!! I drove off without the antenna to the car and with one phone call it was fixed. We will be using him for all of our future auto needs :D more

We stopped by this place on our way through town. We were beyond irritated by the time we left. We just wanted to look at cars and instead we were approached by a salesman and led inside. Inside they took my husband's license info and some other info including his social security number. We asked why they needed his social just to look at cars and they couldn't give us a straight answer. My husband refused to sign it because we didn't want his credit ran. Next, they asked for the keys to our car to appraise it. Again, I asked why do you need to appraise our car? WE ONLY WANT TO LOOK AT CARS!!!! They were being entirely too aggressive so we told them to give us our keys back and the paper with my husband's info on it. They refused to give us the paper back and assured me they would shred it. $h!t is gonna hit the fan if we find out they ran his social. I will NEVER return to this shady place and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!! Pushy sons of what?!!! more

The personnel was extremely helpful in helping us determine the make an model that best suited our needs. They didn't have on their lot the vehicle that they recommended, it was ordered we test drove it and purchased. The next vehicle that we purchase will be from Tim French! more

I bought a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee recently from Tim French in Radcliff and I'm very pleased. Everyone was very friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and professional throughout the process. They were also very patient while I tested another vehicle that I came close to buying. When I decided to buy the Jeep my salesman, Chase, drove the vehicle to my house since I kept my old car and I drove him back to Radcliff. In my book this went above the call of duty, especially since it was around closing time. Their accountant, Robert, explained everything I needed to know about the warranty and service. Tim has excellent vehicles, an excellent website, and was very accomodating and reasonable. The Jeep is wonderful and in top condition and if I had to buy it again, I would! I would recommend Tim French Super Stores to anyone! more

Just want to stop by (via internet) and say Thank-you. A months ago we visited your ""Super Store"", and as a result our Grandson purchased a truck. This was his first experience at looking for a vehicle, talking to salesmen, financing a vehicle, etc. The process at Tim French Super Store was almost too easy - especially for Grandparents wanting to teach their Grandson a car buying lesson! We found exactly what we had been looking for, and the dealing, financing , etc. was as smooth as could be. Thanks again. I've bought numerous vehicles from Tim French Superstore over the last ten years, both personal vehicles and company trucks and have had great experiences both in the sales transaction and the performance of the vehicles. On several occasions, I've let them know what I'm looking for and they go out and find it for me. I will not hesitate to visit Tim French Superstore next time I'm in the market! more

I pulled up and will lutes came out and greated me. He is amazing! He helped me out so much. I found the truck i wanted and he wouldnt stop at anything until i was able to have it. I would really recommend on coming here. They really are great.. more

Rudest Manager 3/3/2011

We drove an hour to test drive a truck we found online for $26,900. When we pulled up there were 10 salesmen standing outside. We already knew who we were coming to see, he was a nice salesman but very uninformed on the vehicle. We test drove the truck even though it was dirty and stained on the inside. When we got back, we were still going to see about purchasing the truck. They would NOT tell us what the listing price was, just kept talking in circles. Finally the ""manager"" gives a price that was $4000 more then what was listed online then he called us liars when we called him on it. He was the rudest and most unprofessional person I had ever delt with. They had the key to my truck because we were considering a trade in so I asked him for my key back and as he walked away from me he said ""I don't have anything to do with your key"" and left us standing there. Finally the salesman came back out and gave us our key. I can't believe this place is even in business with how unprofessional everyone was there. Even the music they had on the radio was pitiful and the ""sales area"" was laughable at best. I would stay very far away from this place. more

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE 7/12/2010

My family visited this dealership to purchase a car and we were given the WORST service I have ever experienced. The employees are uninformed, unprofessional, dishonest, and should be reported to the BBB. They were not knowledgeable about the vehicles and tried to sell us cars for thousands of dollars more than they were worth. What a scam- this place should be shut down. 12/19/09: While shopping for a Dodge Caliber, my wife and I decided to visit the Tim French Super Store in Radcliff, KY. Upon arrival, we were quickly met by Melvin Summers, a member of their sales staff. The fast greeting was the ONLY positive thing about our visit, because things quickly went downhill. Melvin started with the typical ""pre-qualifying"" questions like desired car payment, financing or cash, possible trade-in, etc. He also asked to get my driver's license, so he could copy the info from it. I refused, because I didn't want the dealership to start pre-qualifying me before deciding on a car. The car we selected to test-drive was one of the Dodge Calibers on the lot (2008 R/T model). The car had a dirty interior, stained seats, ""check engine"" light continuously displayed, and no price listed on the vehicle. The vehicle also ran pretty rough during our test drive, but we kept an open mind. After returning the vehicle, I asked Melvin about the price. He quickly said he would check to see what it would take to put us into the Caliber, but offered no dollar amount. Melvin then offered to show us other Calibers on the lot, but we told him we were not interested. He guided my wife and I to the sales office and began asking us for our phone number, address, and whether or not I was trading in my vehicle. I started to get agitated and told Melvin that I only wanted to know the price of the car we test drove. Of course, he did not give us a price and left to talk to his supervisor. We heard him tell the manager that I wanted to know the price and he asked Melvin if he ""rolled"" us up yet. Obviously, this dealership was trying to squeeze every dollar it could from us and had no intention of offering us a fair price. Upon hearing the manager, we quickly left the establishment and have no desire to return. My recommendation is to steer clear of this dealership, because they are trying their best to rip-off consumers. Pros: Quick Greeting Cons: Shady Sales Department more
