Since there is no minus star designation. I will attempt to submit this review with no stars. On Thurs 3/20/08 I entered their office in an attempt to purchase a toilet fill valve part that was leaking. I was told initially that there was a life time warranty on the assembly when it was originally replaced by them. I did not wish to wait, or pay for a service call given the exorbitant amount they had charged previously. I am fully aware that while the part may be covered , the labor charge is not. I would rather buy the part and do it myself. I was told by a large very surly individual that the part never wears out with no offer of a fix, and very smugly told ""I will put this right back in your hand and you have voided your warranty."" I informed him that given my previous experience with the firm that this was exactly the kind of treatment I expected. Assuming they would not be very cooperative I had already purchased a complete new assembly from one of the big box stores, but stopped by Tiger just in case they would sell me a part that is only held in by one thumb screw instead of having to replace the whole assembly. Being totally disgusted and angered, I went back in and told them that I had already bought a whole new assembly of a diifferent design and did angrily shake it at them. I also informed them I would never use them again or recommend them. The large surly fellow actually charged out of the office door onto the parking lot as I was pulling away. My question is, if that part never wears out, and never needs replacing, why is it only held in by a thumbscrew with about 3 threads? Why didn't he simply sell me the part or at least offer something constuctive. It was the poorest customer service attitude I have ever dealt with in my life. It so happened I held a special event hosting about a hundred local people that weekend ,and I made sure that my experiences with Tiger were shared with most.
