I took my k-900 in for an oil change, The service advisor Dave Ciporkin customer service was the best. I arrive there at 11:00, i didn't leave until after 1:00. I thought the time was to long for an oil change. They did wash my car which was appreciated. After I left I stopped to gas up and notice a scratch on the bottom right passenger side ,it was also a larger scratch under the bottom right. I immediately call Dave to let him know that my vehicle had been damage while in their care. Dave came out and took pictures and said that they would take care of it. I did let him know that I was very dissatisfied with the handling of my vehicle. He seem very concern about what had happen.
