The most u can do there is the oil change, this can be ok for that place. If you have to go for other things , service , or repairs , you need to go to other Nissan dealer, ..why...

I initially started shopping at Gerald Nissan in Naperville. They really didn't work that hard for my business. Nate was truly helpful and put no pressure on me. All the cars I've bought this has to be the best experience ever. Nate is the best. Ben was also very good, straight forward and honest. I will definately recommend your business. More than I expected!! 5/23/2012

Andy Duda was my sales rep. He greeted me as soon as I arrived. I had a specific interest in a car and I was very glad to find they had just what I was looking for. Thomas has a big selection of inventory to pick from and Andy made sure he drove me around the lot to see everything. My Nissan Cube is just what I was looking for and Thomas Nissan made it happen. Their one low price sales approach made this the easiest car purchase I have ever been through. Fast, easy and simple. more

Wonderful feeling 5/21/2012

Wonderful feeling from the first time I walked in. Ted took the time to answer questions and really educate us about the Leaf. The order process was easy and Ted kept in touch with us religously all through the process!! I would highly recommend the Thomas Nissan location to anyone considering any of their cars being offered! PS. For a good time call Ted! more

Impressed at level of personal service 5/21/2012

I was very impressed with Andy Duda, he treated me with respect. I came in to purchase a used vehicle that I found on their webpage. Andy explained to me that Thomas Nissan is different than most dealerships. They believe in a no hassle no haggle one low price. I had a completley stress free situation buying experience at Thomas Nissan. I highly recommend Andy and the whole staff at Thomas Nissan. Excellent Customer Service 5/19/2012

They have excellent customer service. I have been through different dealers, no one would help me get financed. Thomas Nissan did!! Very wonderful job finding a finance company to work with my credit. I was very satisfied with the sales rep Jose Barrera. He explained everything to me to make sure I would understand everthing that was going on. A big thank you to my friend Cesar for recommending Jose and Thomas Nissan. I realy liked the no hassel price. more

They treated me right 5/19/2012

Al treated me very well, from start to finish. He explained to me the one low price and he also explained every step of the way. When I went to do the paperwork, Buddy reviewed all the papers with me and actually called me back to tell me he saved me more money. Thank you to everyone there. more

Wow buying experience 5/19/2012

Kelsie did a wonderful job in assisting us in finding the car we needed. He seemed to have a thorough knowledge of the product. He was very honest and upfront with the entire car buying process. My wife and I were nervous being owners of a new vehicle and Kelsie made us feel comfortable making the investment. Experience was Great 5/19/2012

No hassle buying experience with Nate Cotton! =) Great way to buy a car. My wife and I shopeed in our area for a while. When we saw Thomas Nissan's price on the web for the 2012 Juke we wanted, we called and spoke to Nate. Nate explained their philosophy of no hassle no haggle. We asked if the price on the web is what we would pay. He explained the only other additions was normal fees, taxes, plates, etc. We came in and everything he told us was true. It was worth the drive from Aurora. Thanks Nate and the rest of the staff at Thomas Nissan. more

Best Experience at Thomas Nissan 5/19/2012

I have bought many cars in my lifetime. None, has given me the ease and hassle free way, like Thomas Nissan. They have a one low price philosphy. I was a bit skeptical as to where the ""Hidden Fees"" would pop up. To my surprise (and happiness), there were no surpise fees or hard pressure tactics like I was used to. THe price I payed was the one on the discounted additional window sticker supplied by Thomas. It broke it down simple for me to follow. I highly recommend them to all. I will not buy a car the old way anymore! more

Service-Above and Beyond Expectations 5/19/2012

While looking to purchase a car, I saw Andy standing by a car, that captured my attention. He smiled and asked if I was interested in that particular car. I said yes and he immediately started telling me about their No Hassle No Haggle pricing with one low [rice. He gave me his card and I called him the next day. Andy has an outstanding personality. He was very courteous and patient. He seems to be an outstanding salesman. I admire his salesmanship and that is one reason I purchased this car. I was impressed with one low price and it was easy, the price on the window is what I paid. more

Like most people, I dread car dealers. However everyone at Thomas Nissan was courteous, professional and made the experience pain free.
