I met with Dr. Gellman this evening because I could not get into see Dr. Coxsey. Dr. Gellman did not look me in the eye during our entire session. I waited an hour to see him and he did not apologize for the delay. He ordered me off the table to sit on the couch by his computer and proceeded to ask me questions for about 20 minutes. I quickly learned not to interject or discuss my discussion but answer his questions. He did not blink when I told him I had two previous heart attacks and seemed to have memory loss as he asked me the same questions over and over. I had an upper respiratory problem and at that point felt I had to suffer through this to get the medicine I needed. \r \r I was mainly concerned about a mass I found that morning below my shoulder blade and above my breast but Dr. Gellman just poked at the area and asked if it hurt. This family practice place really sucks. Every time you visit there you have to wait for an hour or more for your turn even if you have an appointment. If you get a test done, you may never know the results because the Dr. or the staff will never return your calls. You can be waiting for a month and not know what your tests results are. The staff is rude and not friendly at all. They will hang up the phone on you if you try to explain to them that you have been waiting for a month for your test results.\r I do not recommend this place at ALL. more

I have been going to Dr. Lynn Meyers for over 10 years, as has my entire family. We have always found her to be an excellent doctor and trust her with our medical care. She has always provided us with excellent referrals when necessary. I would highly recommend her to any family seeking a caring, intelligent and really nice doctor. more

Dr. Myers is without a doubt the best family practice doctor I've ever come in contact with! She has been able to fix problems that specialists could not. I live in California now, but I still come back to Texas for my annual check-up! Thanks Dr. Myers, you rock! more

When I moved to Plano from Coppell, it wasn't hard to decide to keep returning to Coppell Family Medical Center. I am not about to give up on one of the best doctor's I have found in a long time: Dr. Lynn Myers. Not only is she a caring and gentle doctor, she is totally there with you during your appointment, listening to what you have to say and working with you to address issues both physically and mentally. I also found the staff friendly and helpful. Oh yes, I had my blood drawn by one of the BEST techs in the world! The guy took the time to find my vein, which is deep, and it did not hurt a bit...not even a pinch. Now THAT is saying something. PROS: Dr. Myers CONS: A bit of a wait. more

I don't live anywhere near the Coppell Family Medical Center, but I drive the distance just to see Dr. Coxsey. She's the best! She's soft-spoken, considerate and gentle. She truely listens to her patients. She's understanding and makes the visit as painless and confusion-free as possible. Dr. Coxsey relates to her patients, because she's down-to-earth and conversational. And she'll always explain the medical terms to you; and she will respect your choices, and be considerate of healthcare costs and insurance coverage. PROS: Dr. Coxsey is just as sweet as can be. CONS: not too terribly close to me; not all tests/lab work can be done on site. more

Dr. Lynn Meyers is a good doctor and has a very nice physician's assistant as well. She seems to be very knowledgeable and she is easy to talk to. They also have a computerized system that they use to get your prescriptions filled. I love that. The only bad thing is I have had to wait up to 45 minutes to get into a room and then even longer to see her. PROS: Good Doctor CONS: Have to Wait more
