I went to one of the Big Box repair places and after waiting for close to an hour for service I was told that they could not repair my laptop. What was great was the service tech recommended I go to KenputerGuru, I went straight over and the people there were knowledgeable and able to help me. They repaired my laptop quickly and for a very fair price. Thank you. more

Very Good Service 3/13/2011

Kenputer Guru replaced my DC jack, and had it back to me in 24 hours or less....I was very pleased with the customer service and tech service. I would definitely would recommend Kenputer Guru to anybody that wants reliable work done, and have it completed in a reasonable time frame. Thanks Kenputer! more
