Thermo Twin Windows

I never had 1 single problem. I had my windows installed in Greensburg by TT 3 years ago. Nothing at all was wrong and the windows are still in excellent shape. The glue they put around the window is not as white as when the windows were new but I think that is normal. No personality clashes at all with anyone I dealt with at TT. I was treated nicely. more

The salesman came to our house, gave us their pitch, and convinced us he was giving us a great deal, but we found out later the windows were incredibly overpriced. That was on us. When they came to install they brought the wrong size windows, so they had to reschedule for a date 2 weeks in the future. The only problem was we had already moved all the furniture to make room for the windows, and I had to take a second vacation day for their mistake.I asked for a price concession due to this and they wouldn't give me one. Pretty stupid on their part considering all the windows in our house need to be redone. Needless to say we'll be going to one of their competitors for the rest of the windows. Price these guys against Dun-rite or Pittsburgh Window & Door and you will see how high their prices are. It's one thing if you charge high prices but offer great service- these guys do not. more

We had 17, white; vinyl double hung windows from Thermo Twin Windows in Oakmont, PA installed this past week. We absolutely love them. I can actually feel the difference they make. I noticed the outside is so much quieter than it ever was. If I weren?t witnessing it, I wouldn't believe it.\r \r We had a very pleasant experience with Thermo Twin. Our salesman, Ron was wonderful. If you want to buy windows it's a war between the window companies. I didn't know it was that competitive. Thermo Twin had the most class out of everyone we shopped. We got fair price. I was expecting more. What really sold me was their factory is right here and they've been in business for a long time. You don't stay in business that long without knowing what you're doing.
