Therapeutically Yours lacks the exceptionally customer service that other spas provide. Therapeutically Yours doesn't demonstrate the caring and compassionate attitudes that other spas provide. Poor customer service ruins the whole experience. They only care themselves with no regard to providing optimal care to clients. Therapeutically Yours wanted me to write something positive about them to help their business, but that's never going to happen. I asked Therapeutically Yours if they have a referral program and the owner said, "No, because everyone comes here."..... How egotistical can you get?
