We used this plumber from the day he left his previous employer. Gave him plenty of business and paid all bills. This winter he did a big job - we paid for it and he said he would be back to complete the guest bathroom project (everything was torn out) He never came and never answers phone calls. We are stuck with a mess and he doesn't call us back. more
