Bad Customer Service! 9/24/2008

The employees did not seem interested to help me out when i approached them to help me look for proof of warranty that I purchased with my treadmill. Also one of them at the supervisory level talked to me pretty rudely for no reason. He instead blamed it on the usage and thinks that if it is used at least once a month then it will work just fine!!!!\r They did not help me or guide me as to who to call and instead blamed me for not registering the product which they emphasized they do for every customer!!! Well in my case they DID NOT...\r I did not like their approach to helping me out...instead I walked out with a bad taste in my mouth and why should I go there, only to get humiliated!!! more

Great Selection! 7/29/2005

This store has everything from sports equipment, to exercise equipment, to clothes. They store is kept extremely neat and well stocked. I always find a wide selection of items and always buy what I need here. The prices are good. The quality of goods sold is excellent. This is a regular and consistent store for sporting goods. They also have a much better price/selection of sneakers and running shoes that specialty stores. PROS: Selection of sporting items CONS: none more

Great Prices! Bad Customer Service! 7/18/2005

I went into Sports Authority when they were having a clearance sale. They had racks of merchandise, some with no pirces. I asked a employee for a price and she rolled her eyes grabbing the clothing from me. I went into the bowling bag section and it looked like a tornado had hit it. Messy! more
