nice location yes- however when ever we get a nice rain or drizzle i open my windows only to smell dog pee fresh off the grass, i have had to turn around and change shoes more than once due to some lazy people who wont clean up after dog. there are 2 big dog runs a few feet away-the dogs should be there. and why do the land scapers have to run the blower EVERY day at 8am? asbestos falls from ceiling when above tenant walks around-a fortune on laundry-deciteful AUM bill-you have to pay for water the landscapers use also. more

Not Safe!!They just want your $$$!! 10/7/2009

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I just moved in less than a month ago and this place has a great location, but HORRIBLE management. Debbie is the GM and she is the worst!!!! All they care about is saving money! The stove burns my food on low and will go into self-cleaning mode when the door is wide open! That is over 500 degrees and after three visits by the incompetent and probably illegal maintenance guy, they said the stove is fine. ANYONE with common sense knows this is a huge fire hazard!! Would you let your kids stay home with this thing in your house? NO!! They don't care about safety I guess since they make you get renter's insurance so they don't have to pay as much. They are also LIARS!! The thermometer read over 400 degrees when the stove was set at 350 and it was going higher. The guy tried to hide the meter from my girlfriend, but she saw it and he just BS-d her like usual. This place SUCKS! Oh yeah, and I had the fire dept call her and let her know that the stove is a fire and burn more

A beautiful little hidden secret by the pacific. I really love the trail to the beach & look forward to my friend inviting me down for the weekend. Sea Terrace park is beautiful. more

If you have a dog and need a place to rent, I would recommend the Villas at Monarch Beach. All appartments have decks or a balcony. The appartments are located between Dana Point and Laguna Beach. In about a 1 minute, you can walk to Salt Creek Beach to watch the surfers. There is a great walking path that goes along the coast and Monarch Golf Course. A best kept secret. more
