The Sweetest Day

I recently was married and choose to have The Sweetest Day make my cake. When I met with Stephanie our meeting went very well. She listened to my ideas and then drew the cake I had been dreaming of. I also like the fact that the price she lists on her website were almost exactly the price I ended up paying. The cake was beautiful and all the guests loved the way it tasted. I would definitively recommend The Sweetest Day to anyone needing a wedding cake. more

I wanted a to get a whimsical birthday cake for a girl friend. A friend of mine that recently got married suggested that I use the baker that made their wedding cake which was The Sweetest Day. I saw a cake I liked on her website. I called the owner, Stephanie, and talked to her about the design. She helped me personalize the design over the phone which saved me a trip. The cake turned out great. It didn't cost a whole lot more than a grocery store cake and the look was amazing. If you want more than a cake with happy birthday on it, I would definitely recommend The Sweetest Day. more

I got married three years ago. I spent a lot of time researching decorations and had tastings with several vendors. I finally chose this one. Big mistake. The owner disappeared two weeks before my wedding; I couldn't reach her by phone or e-mail. Five days before the wedding I went to Publix in a panic and they made a gorgeous, tasty cake for my reception. When I finally touched base with Stephanie she'd had a family emergency ... which happens. But if you're in business you have a back-up plan, someone answering your e-mails and getting back to your customers. Insult to injury, she said she' refund my $50 downpayment ... and then cashed the check. So on top of being a flake, she's dishonest. RUN the other way. I'd give her zero stars but they wouldn't let me! more
