I was given a Groupon as a gift and so started to go to the spa lounge. I've done several different groupons and gone to many different spa's for massage and other services. Nothing beats the spa lounge. I won't go anywhere else. I've had Annette and Stacy give massages and they are the best. Stacy remembers me from before and already knew my problem areas to work on. Don't go anywhere else, the Spa Lounge will take care of you. more

I went to the Spa Lounge strictly for the massage. But I am a big student of customer service and at the Spa Lounge it was impeccable. I literally could not find one thing to complain about, which is very rare for me. Everyone seemed happy I was there and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. The whole enviroment prepared me for the treatment I needed. The massage by Stacy was absolutely amazing with just the right amount of explanation, conversation and advice. I don't want to receive a massage anywhere else because you can't beat perfection! I travel a long way to go here but it is so worth it. The second experience was even better than the first and I can't wait for the next appointment. more

I received a gift card for "The Classics Package" It is a spa pedicure, one hour swedish massage and a facial! It was wonderful to say the least. more

This tiny gem of a day spa is hidden away in a little strip mall in Draper. The owner is a wonderful woman named Annette. I adore Annette. She absolutely has this gift for making you feel like her most valued customer. She remembers details, even if it's been a long time between visits. I'm picky about day spas, and I love this one. I've been going to Annette for my facials for about a year now. She is knowledgeable, thorough and is attentive to details. I'm not even sure which facial I purchase because I just tell her to do whatever i need. The atmosphere is very clean and peaceful. I feel great every time I walk out of The Spa Lounge! I came in for a hot stone massage last year because my husband knew that I was totally stressed and overwhelmed with life and needed a break! I had the most wonderful experience and the reason why out of all the places around SLC I went to The Spa Lounge was because of all the great reviews I read here on City Search. I had every intention of leaving my own review because I enjoyed my experience so much but time just got the best of me. Better late than never right??? more

I have been a customer for 3 years and I still get treated as if it were my first time to come. Annette always gives extra attention to you no matter what service you choose. I get my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted and it usually includes either a lotion massage on both arms or a really wonderful scalp massage. If you want the best, you will find it here. After I enjoyed a wonderful pedicure by Annette, an added bonus was the polish lasted for weeks! Amazing, no chipping or peeling. I now keep going back and if I don't have time for a full pedi I just get a polish and am never disappointed! Thank you! Pros: Knowledgeable, Friendly, Gracious more

I had a pregnancy massage here a few weeks ago. The massage itself was wonderful and I am going to go back for another. The spa is quiet and the staff super friendly. The only reason i did not give it 5 stars is because their waiting/ meditation room is not very comfortable. I like to lounge a bit before and after a massage and you can't really do that at this spa. The chairs look nice, but are not geared towards comfort and the room is small and cramped. The main reason I chose The SpaLounge were the reviews posted here on Citysearch, all very positive, & the fact that Annette took the time to respond to these reviews to let her clients know they are appreciated. That sounded like excellent service to me. So that being said, that is exactly what I received. They were able to accommodate me with a same day appointment, and I was able to de-stress & enjoy the most wonderful & thorough facial I have ever had! Annette's techniques are calming & soothing as she explains each step she takes & makes recommendations for skin care as she goes. I also had her wax my eyebrows (& tint) which I was very pleased with. This was all finished with a very relaxing neck & shoulder massage, scalp massage, calf & foot massage, & arm & hand massage! Talk about thorough! I was able to purchase some of the products that she used on my face as well, & I believe I have found my new favorite skin care products! The Dermalogica line is great! It was fabulous, & I've told all my friends about the service at The SpaLounge, & of course Annette & her facials! Thank you for a great experience, & I will be back very soon! This spa is great. Annette (the owner) makes you feel so special. The atmosphere is most tranquil. I had a combination of treatments: Back De-Stress Facial, Multi-vitamin Power Peel, Eyes Only De-Puff and a Shoulder, Foot and Hand Massage. It was fantastic! Annette made it a point to make the whole experience memorable from the tea at the beginning to the relaxing room at the end. I can't wait for my next appointment! I loved the Spa Lounge. The environment was calm, serene and relaxing. The first time I went I enjoyed a massage, facial and pedicure. Lisa applied perfect pressure for the massage and Annette provided a top notch facial and pedicure. Since my first visit, I came back again to see Annette for eyebrow waxing, she takes her time and was obviously trained the correct way to do eyebrows. My eyebrows have never looked so even! Keep up the great work ladies. more

I frequently visit the spa lounge for massages, skin treatments, and my favorite skin products. I'm not new to receiving massages and this place is my absolute choice since I've found it. I have a wonderfully relaxing experience every time. The girls are so great and I look forward to seeing them every time I go in! The environment is perfect and you're treated special. more

I recently visited the Spa Lounge during a open house on 5/5/07 and decided to treat myself to a facial for Mother's Day. Although the spa offers many services, I purchased the European facial and it was worth every penny!! I would compare my experience at The Spa Lounge to spa experiences I have received at some four/five star hotels globally. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing and I truly felt pampered. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, accommodating, and their attention to detail, including the hot scented neck wrap, steamy scented towel, lemon ice water and chocolate were just the start of a fabulous experience. The facial, including hand and foot massage, was probably the best I have ever experienced. This place is awesome. I went in for an eyebrow wax. I'm pretty picky about my brows. She did an exceptional job. This was actually my second visit. So, being picky, a second visit is a great compliment. :) I won't go anywhere else now. I drive all the way up from Orem to get my brows done here. GIVE THEM A TRY! You won't be disappointed. My expierence exceded my expectations. My husband bought me the spa package with a massage, facial and pedicure. I am a new stay at home mom and I needed a little me time. When I walked in I was personally greeted and after some general questions taken into the spa and lounge area. I had a personalized priviate changing room that was spotless and the attention to detail was warm and relaxing In the lounge area I was treated to a hot neck wrap , warm towl and a drink while I waited for my massage to begin. I was instantly relaxed, the personal touches and the professionalism from everyone was reasuring and made me feel like I had the spa all to myself. My massage was one of the best I have had,she checked in with me as to the pressure a few different times. My facial was wonderful and very helpful I learned a few new tricks to make my skin look great even after my facial. By the time I was ready for my pedicure I felt like I has been on a vacation. when I walked out I was ready to head home and re-enter the world of motherhood. Pros: High end spa atmosphere more

From the pleasant welcome to the personalized locker, comfy robe and slippers, to the modern, aesthetically-pleasing relaxation room complete with citrus water and chocolates, I was blissfully relaxed for my 90-minute Deep Muscle Massage. It was the best massage I?ve had in years! I am thrilled that we finally have a resort-quality spa in Draper.
