Convenient and Good 11/12/2008

While there aren't a lot of other options for horse "gear" nearby, the Riding Store would still be a great choice. rarely have I had difficulty finding whatever I need there and the staff is incredibly helpful and will order what you need if they don't have it, if they can. Lots of gift ideas for horse lovers, lots of gifts for kids. Used saddes on consignment available as well as new ones. They've been great for me and I haven't had to go anywhere else! more

Every horse person anywhere in the vicinity of the western suburbs knows of The Riding Store. It is a great place to get everything "horsie" including clothing, breeches, boots, helmets, horse cookies, magazines, decals, toys and gifts galore. The staff is more than helpful in that they will help fit items such as helmets and boots. A little pricey (but what horsie stuff isn't!!), and they do have great sales. Get on their mailing list to receive sale date notifications. So if you're looking for an item for a horse loving person or for you and your horse, look here. I'm sure you will not be disappointed. more
