If you have a long haired dog don't go here!!! I have a Pomeranian and asked them when I called in if they know how to trim a pom. They told me they did so I took him in. I even told them not to cut to much from the body only the stomach and back region. When I come back i find him cut wayyyy to short. He looks in no way like a pomeranian is supposed to look. These people are morons. more

Awesome service. The word says everything about them. Worth every penny i spent. My labradoodle and Irish Wolfhound have never been so spotless. Neatly trimed, toes clipped. I didnt even have to repeat myself once and they surprised me with every thing done perfectly. Any body complains about them-I think they themselves are the ones at fault. Thank you so much guys! :-) more

I tried taking my poodle and maltese all over the valley. The best service I found was at The Poodle Puff. The best groomers in the whole valley in my opinion. I highly recommend everyone to go there. more

Super nice people. Terrible groomer. I actually provided pictures of what my dog looks like with a proper groom. I even spoke with the groomer who said she understood what I wanted. Instead I got a poodle cut on a miniature schnauzer. I didn't figure ""The Poodle Puff"" was a literal moniker. Never again! more

ive taken my dog to Chow bella, AJ's, Pets r us on victory blvd and woodley. none are like The Poodle Puff. the owner Andy gave me a $5 off just for bein a new cust. they dont just take ur dog in and do a hair cut then return it...they actually came and asked me exactly what style of a cut i wanted on my maltese. i also have a french bulldog i take there all the time for a wash. i wont go any where else n e more. go poodle puff! Pros: value for your $, expert customer relation from andy, sells halo pet foods. Cons: no cons! more

Wonderful customer service, wonderfully reliable, great grooming service!!! I took my poodle in twice and twice they surprised me with their quality of work....I got her back w/ a beautiful hair cut, her nails were neatly trimmed, she looked like a whole new dog!! more
