Simple put - not the bang for the buck your looking for - shady market up rates and extra wordy lease -make for - bad business practice - sure i'll take the incentives - but really your just marking up your prices. if you want to be treated like a door handle - this leasing office is for you - most leaving tenants are left with a bad taste and big bill - normal wear and tare after two years will cost you the price of two months rent. REALLY.. and if you find critters and rodents - pass it off as the attached supermarket problem. You better be 4 legged friendly like us - or good at hopscotch while you dodge the lazy neighbors poo trail around the apartment. If my companies paying my housing than - I would give this a 4. If your spending your hard earned dollar - i would reexamine the other cheaper apartment - within 1 mile radius. After searching for the right apartment to live in in the Herndon area, my husband and I finally found this place. It's nice. It's quiet. It's beautiful. I love the stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, etc. Our view from our balcony is gorgeous. It's in such a convenient location, with Harris Teeter and other restaurants right next to the apartment complex. I would recommend this place to anyone. more
