A VERY pleasant dental experience. I appreciated that there was no high pressure to get any type of extra work done. The office was clean and neat. The staff was exceptional!

The staff is friendly and very competent. They do not try to "sell" you crown, fillings, etc. if you don't need them. This means a lot since most people don't know about teeth and you have to take the professional at his or her word. This staff went above and beyond their duties. more

I had a very bad experience with my teeth as a child in a dentist office and of course that was carried over into my adult hood but this doctor made it a more pleasant experience. the anxiety quickly disappeared.and the staff were excellent more

I had hesitated going to the dentist for years, only going when absolutely necessary due to an irrational fear. When I broke a tooth, I was forced to face that fear in a hurry. I chose Dr. Potter's office and from the call to make the appointment to the completion of some major procedures, I could not have been happier or felt more caring from a group of people. Everyone in the office was just wonderful and I could not be more satisfied with the experience. more
