To the lady with the greek fry issue. We take pride in our work at the Pita Place and try to always give our customers fast and friendly service. When the employee you spoke with explained that the credit card machine was batched and we could only issue a credit or a new order, you then became very rude with your language. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience at our business. But after speaking with you, I see that you can't please all the people all the time. If it's a handout that you were looking for, please look somewhere else. Thanks Bill more

Gross Food & Bad Customer Service 8/14/2009

Recently I ordered the greek fries at this restaurant. In the past they had been good but this time they had too much oil and cheese on them. It was disgusting. I went back and told them I would like my money refunded. The person working there called the owner and they informed me that they would not refund my $2.60 They offered to replace them but I had no interest in eating anything from there at that point. The owner told me that that was too bad, and then proceeded to threaten me. It was extremely rude and inappropriate. more

Great 7/13/2008

I'm surprised someone felt so strongly that the foot was "inedible". I stop over there frequently on my way to class and am always happy. The hummus is good and always fresh. The junior gyros are very filling and the price is right. Especially with so many chain fast food joints in this area, it's nice to have something more unique and fairly fast. more

Excellent food... excellent prices. I have eaten there many times, and enjoyed every meal. No other place in the area compares! Wonderful gyros, salads, pita chips, hummus.... yum! more

I wouldnt feed this food to my dog- as a matter of fact.. it tastes like dog food 1/1/2007

the food is not authentic and the service is very poor. The prices are fine, but considering the food they give you isn't edible.. its actually a rip-off. more

The Pita Place 4/17/2006

The Pita Place is a new restaurant over on Apple Ave that specializes in pitas and greek food. The prices are a reasonable value, and the pitas are excellent - so are the pita chips. The sandwiches are large and very filling. There is a seating area that is pretty large, and very clean. more
