A really, really great locally owned pet store. You can't beat it. Lots of great pet supplies from the generic to the stuff you can't find in the big box pet stores (like felted doggie coats). \r \r Pets are welcome inside and there is water by the front door. The store often hosts rescue groups who bring their pets or fosters for meet-and-greets with prospective families or other interested folk. \r \r The dog park outside is the best thing that has happened to this area in a long time. We owe Pet Emporium undying loyalty for providing a service our city (Ann Arbor) would not. more

Hi - This is Beau and Maggie, and our owner said we could review this Pet store! You see we go here all the time with her to get our food, and it a really nice place. They have lots of food for us dogs, lots of toys, treats, beds, toys, leashes, collers, treats....have we misses anything Mom??? No? Oh, she said e have to say they have things for cats too. And maybe other animals. \r \r They also lets rescue groups come in and let peoples see the dogs and cats they have rescued. Ain't that nice? Me and Maggie are rescued Cairns were there for Col. Potter Rescue Network one day. Anyway, they also have a dog park there for dogs like us to run and play in. Its so much fun!\r \r So you peoples out there, go to Pet Emporium, tell them Beau and Maggie sent you. Hey Maggie, maybe they will give us a extra treat next time we are theres! more

This is a great local pet shop associated with Animal Kingdom Vets and Creature Comforts Bed and Bath (also both recommended). They have a wide selection of foods and treats plus toys, clothing, shampoos, collars, etc. Their store is larger than Dogma downtown and as such, they seem to have more products available. They also host adoption events with local rescue organizations on the weekends. more
