The first mattress received was to...ooo firm. The manager happily re-made it. Again, the mattress was not comfortable. Once again, it was re-made (not so happily). Long story short...this is the worst mattress I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing and sleeping on in my life! We spent over $1,000.00 at the Orginal Mattress Factory and I wake up so...oooo stiff and sore. Even with a mattress pad on top of it. If I don't figure out what to do soon, I'm afraid I won't be able to move a muscle at all!!! Needless to say, I'm HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND SERIOUSLY HURTING. more

Perfect Mattress 8/1/2005

We went to this store to get new mattresses and you can actually stand there and watch them make your mattress. It was amazing. Then it didn't feel right so we took them back and they remade them for FREE!! Great customer satisfaction more
