I took my 9 month old grandson to a mall in Kokomo Indiana and we decided to have his picture taken with Santa. It wasn't in our plans for the day. I paid over $19.00 for 2 5x7's and was not happy with them. Santa did not have his coat on, just his vest. In the background of the picture you can see a styrofoam cup sitting on the floor next to his chair and a table sitting next to his chair with a fan on it. Not the memories you want. I contacted the company right away. They got right back to me but they want me to return the pictures and have his picture retaken. That is something that you can't redo. It is over 30 miles away and a child that young, you don't know if they will resit there. I said a refund would be nice. I sent them a scanned copy of the picture but that isn't good enough. I warn you to look over your pictures or you may have some unwanted items in your pictures. We made the mistake of looking over them in the car on the way home. They want to use the picture for training purposes. Why not use the scanned photo, same thing. We won't be visiting any mall Santa's anymore. There are some real nice Santa opportunities out there that have good quality pictures at a much cheaper price. more

This past weekend I took my son to Independence Center in Independence, Missouri to have his pictures taken on Santa's lap. The Santa was wonderful, he was the same one they had last year and was great with the kids. The pictures turned out great, Santa was sitting in an overstuffed green chair. The portrait packages are a little expensive. It costs $19.99 for 2 5X7's. The staff that were taking the pictures did not appear that they enjoyed their job and could have been a little more enthusiastic.
