I've been a customer for several years, and they missed a week. When I called to let them know (I didn't care - I just didn't want to get charged.) They argued, accused me of making things up, they denied things they had already said, said I was the one with the problem...I wrote a letter to the owner to complain, and I never heard back.\r

They charged me and I cancelled my account.
