The Hot Spot in Columbus For hair and skin care! 3/11/2009

Laura and Gregory have always tried to put thier customers first. They have a wonderfull staff of Hair Designers. And a Skin Care Specialist who makes you feel like a million bucks. And if you want to be spoiled Belinda will definitely do that. She has also started a new Air Brush Make Up line. Ladies and even Men. If you want to look younger for a new job. She can do it. And the make up last longer and holds up better in hot and humid weather. Weddings, Photo Shoots, Models,or you just want to look great for that special some one. Beleive me she has done that for me over and over. Also with regular make up. But I prefer the Air Brush. Lynn, Andie, Laura, Greg, Ken. Great Hair Designers. And they are not the only ones. I just can't rember thier names. So check them out. A bunch of great people! You won't be sorry. Pros: They are pros when it comes to making you beautifull. Cons: NO complaints! more

Would not go anywhere else 2/3/2009

Amy Beth has been styling, cutting, coloring my hair for years and I would not go to anyone else. Even when I lived out of state and business would bring me back to Ohio-a trip to the salon was on my list. Belinda is wonderful and always does a great job. All the staff are wonderful. more

Great Service, Great People! 1/26/2009

Andie has been doing my hair for a couple of years now and I have to say...amazing! She has a very fun, energetic and personable attitude, yet she is still very professional. She is always ready for me at my scheduled time and gets me out quick, but doesn't make me feel rushed. I am often at a loss when it comes to what I should do with my hair and Andie is always eager to give suggestions. I am happier with my hair now than I have been for a very long time! The rest of the staff is great too. I am not even going to get started about Belinda's magic fingers! more

Best Salon In Columbus 1/21/2009

This really is the best Salon in Columbus. I have tried places like Kenneths, Charles Penzone, Regis, even little cheapy places like Choice Cuts. And maybe it was just the beautician working on me but I was never satisfied. I also felt out of my element in places like Charles Penzon. Here at the Laura Gregory Salon located in Grandview, I felt at home. Everyone was so nice, and the place was beautiful. more

Spa Services...Best Kept Secret in Town! 1/10/2009

Not only is this the best hair salon, but the spa services provided by Belinda are just icing on the cake! She has mastered the natural nail, taking the most beat up cuticles and messed up nails and transforming them into healthy, strong, pretty nails. When I was in Maui at the Ritz Carlton I thought I would find someone comparable to Belinda. Nope! It was pathetic! As soon as I was in Columbus...straight to The Laura Gregory Salon and back to Belinda to fix everything. Her expertise in skin care far surpasses any ""mega"" salon and the thorough, relaxing facials put me to sleep every time! The whole salon environment is warm, friendly and very upscale. But here's the best part...it's a neighborhood feel without the ""hoyty toyty"" snootiness most upscale salons boast. This team has fun! Call Belinda for spa services...you'll discover, like I did for the past 15 years, that she is simply the best! Pros: Warm, friendly, upscale, neighborhood salon without the ""hoyty toyty"" atmosphere Cons: The only con is that I can't be there 3 times each week for some sort of service!! more

JUST WHAT I NEEDED 1/9/2009

I've been a client of the Laura Gregory Salon for years and have always received excellent service. Today, I went in and was ready for a change. Laura was excited as I was and gave me a cut and color that took 10 years off my look! Their new location in Grandview is beautiful and right on the way downtown! Very convenient! My 3 children also get their hair cut there and I regularly receive compliments on how stylish they look. You really can get just what you need at the Laura Gregory Salon! more

Wonderful service and atmosphere 12/15/2008

A wonderful salon with two local owners. Laura has cut my hair for years and always does a great job, keeping my look up-to-date but still practical for me. The atmosphere is very friendly (not pretentious) but still sophisticated, and the hair stylists always seem to enjoy their customers. Beginning in 2009, the salon moves to a lovely new building, built expressly for them. Can't wait to see it. more

Great combination of professionalism and friendliness 9/28/2008

I have ""followed"" Greg for haircut and color since he was at Lazarus! I get compliments on my haircut and I am always glad to recommend Greg. I love that he is always enthusiastic when I bring in a picture of a new cut that I want to try. This salon has a comfortable feel to it and I always look forward to having a relaxing time there. Pros: I always leave with a great haircut and color! more

always a good time 9/11/2008

i've been getting my haircut by greg now for almost 17 years and i'm always happy with results. there are times when my schedule won't allow me to get in to see greg. when that happens i'll get in with another stylist at the salon and be just as happy with results. the salon also has this great neighborhood/ social gathering atmoshere to it, there is always lots of fun and laughing going on. they are also very accommodating to children. my five year old son really enjoys getting his haircut there. when my son is waiting for me to get my haircut there is always somthing at the salon to entertain him. more

Greg has cut my hair for nearly 10 years now. I would recommend him to anyone (and I have)! The Laura Gregory Salon has a very comfortable atmosphere and I always feel welcome. Occasionally I've had to have one of the other stylists cut my hair and have never been disappointed! I was even shown by one of them that my crazy curly hair could indeed be tamed by a straightener (after many years of frustration). I love this place! Pros: Everyone at this salon is fantastic at their job and friendly to boot! more

I always look forward to my monthly appointment with Greg. He has been cutting my hair for over 3 years and I haven't had a bad cut yet. He is conversational and friendly also. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for more than just a cut, he's great! more

Never Going Elsewhere 9/7/2008

Greg has been my stylist of choice for over 15 years now. I was thrilled when he and Laura opened their own business. I've recommended the Laura Gregory salon to numerous friends and family members who are also now loyal customers. The atmosphere is friendly and fun, the reminder calls the night before my appointment are helpful, they respect my time by sticking to their schedule, I don't feel ANY pressure to buy product (although I happily choose to use the product lines offered), and most importantly I love the way my hair looks when I leave. Would Never Even Consider Going Anywhere Else 9/7/2008

I have had the good fortune to know Greg and Laura for many years. They are two wonderfully exceptional people. It's no big surprise they were easily able to attract a staff of experienced, top-notch stylists. The salon is beautiful with a comfortable, laid-back atomosphere. I think it's the people there who make the place great. I highly recommend you check out this salon if you are new to the area or are ready for a really nice change. Friendly neighborhhood salon! 9/7/2008

I have been a customer of the stylists with LauraGregory Salon for over 15 years! The stylists are upbeat and friendly. They are knowlegable and offer great suggestions. I recently received the best pedicure in my life from their beautician. The atmosphere is bright and the customer service is fantastic. There is product available but the staff does not push the items on you. The salon staff is accomodating of children. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and a snack free while you wait. more

Great hair, great atmosphere! 9/6/2008

When I moved to Columbus from the east coast, I was afraid I would not be able to find a hair stylist whom I could trust to style my hair the way *I* wanted it. I had found such a stylist in NY, but it took quite a lot of searching. Fortunately, a friend in Columbus recommended I go to Greg, and I've now been going to him for 11 years! Like my stylist in NY, Greg is easy to talk with and cuts my hair the way I want it done... not the way HE wants to style it -- taking liberties to do what he thinks would ""work better"" for me. That said, I have come to trust him so much, that I've gone to him totally frustrated and bored with my hair and told him to do what he thought would look best. He did, and it looked great! My husband goes to the salon too and happily takes advantage of a massage each time before his appointment. It's just a great salon with a staff of relaxed and professional stylists and assistants. more

Warm and welcoming 9/6/2008

I followed Greg and Laura to their salon and have always had top notch service. Greg cuts my hair to perfection no matter the style. For my wedding I had my hair, nails and make-up done and was more than satisfied. The atmosphere in the salon is very warm and welcoming. I just love it there. You guys rock!
