It's the pits it cheap for a reason ~ more

As I lay here in this ------ hot box, which was supposedly central air conditioned a.k.a air conditioner hanging out the living room wall that doesn't work. It is 4:05am and I just had to go into my bathroom and kill a whole infestation of ants on my bathroom wall! Called the management about this problem many of times. They brought me ant traps!!!! Not only did I have to deal with that disgusting situation ... there are pple outside yelling, fussing and cussing. Remind you that my apartment is extremely warm for whatever reason, and I have a 1 year old baby whom sleeps with me. I can't even open the window to get any relief from the noise. Then there are the people who loved to be seen... who ride with their music blaring day and night continuously! I come home from work and can't even park in front of my building. I have to park two buildings down because multiple people are double parking in the parking lot. I can't was my laundry here because there are teens in the laundry roo more

Probably being supplied by one of the 8 apartments around me. Which leads to more traffic over here than i94 on a Friday afternoon. They should change the name from the landings... to The Projects of Westland. I wouldn't recommed this place to my worst enemy. This place is truly hell on earth, with ----ed up management and employees the same. Your better off living in a box!!! more

The Landings Apartments are beautiful! Located in a great area - close to shopping and major expressways. The manager is a great guy who is always happy to help! They have a good range of rents so there's something for everyone! more

Thee worst business I have ever seen. I lived there for 3 months then my wife got pregnant so we oppted for a lease buyout. We went down and took care of things to move out and thought we would get our deposit given back to us. Six months later we had a collection agency coming after us for money because they left us on a lease to rent (Which means they charge us until someone else lease's the appartment). They waited until the last month to rerent our appartment, so we were stuck paying even though I'm sure they could have filled it at any time. We were taken to court and sued for $1000. The management was the MOST unorginised staff I ever delt with I would suggest DO NOT RENT HERE!! YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!! I have many more horror stories about this place, but I won't ramble all day. Pros: Good Location, Cheap Cons: Every thing I else I can mention! more
