This Home Depot is Excellent 8/17/2009

I think the staff here is friendly and knowledgeable.\r I would warn that all HD and Lowes are understaffed between 5 and 7pm when many non-contractors visit. they are very well staffed during the day. As a Contractor, I know that if I need help I go during traditional business hours, if I go in the evening I go to browse on my own... my two cents... more

AVOID Home Depot! Shop Lowes! 7/2/2009

We have had consistently poor customer service from this store. The employees are generally not available or helpful in answering questions, the managers are NOT customer oriented, and the company has a poor return policy (compared to our experience with Lowes and other major retailers). We avoid shopping Home Depot at all cost and would much rather give our money to Lowes who almost always has a better price and has provided stellar customer service on every one of our MANY visits. more

For all your home improvement needs... 5/22/2005

Home Depot is a great tool, construction, and general home improvement store. They are Lowes' chief competitor, and they do a great job of beating, or at least matching the Lowes price. Always check Home Depot before making major purchases toward home improvement! more
