These are by far the worst apartments I have ever lived in. The management has changed hands twice in 6 months, both companies are absolutely incompetent. These apartments are touted as pet friendly, yet they have no grass. They way over built the apartments for the amount of parking they provide. They have allowed 1.3 parking spots and there are 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments with more than 1.3 drivers. They had the nerve to send a survey to us asking if we would sell a vehicle if they provided a shuttle service. They can't even man the office or the phones, why would anyone rely on them for a shuttle service? I live on the top floor with my daughter and the neighbors below us bang on the ceiling when I walk across my floor, vacuum, move a chair, literally from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm, and I tiptoe around just to try to be more quiet. It is truly a miserable living situation and the parking makes it that much worse. They are threatening to tow cars, and yet they have provided no alternatives for parking other than parking across the highway in an abandoned parking lot with no security. I would rather be homeless than live here, DON'T DO IT! more

I currently live here. It has to be the WORST experience I have ever had in a complex of any sort. The only nice thing about the apartments are the granite counter top but everything else is cheap. The space is loud (in between two extremely busy streets) and the grounds are not ideal for children or pets (little to no grass). The apartments themselves are extremely uninstalled (aka cheap) and you can hear every conversation, foot step or movement in the space above you. It gets quite un-ideal when they choose to put a person that parties 24/7 above two people that work full time jobs and wish to sleep. We were the first tenants to move in I must say it was a rough transition. No security, malfunctions with heat and air, inconsiderate construction team, and no deadlines met. But even after 6 months, so much laziness from the management has come to fruition and i must say....its not pretty. The company Cornerstone Residential does not answer their calls and out of the 50 person contact list on their website, not ONE person answer their phones. But whats worse is the property management. These people do not care or have any loyalty to their tenants. They do not communicate and there is no sense of urgency with the management team (if you can call them that) to let their tenants know of ANYTHING going on in the place they chose to live. They dump mysterious charges on you left and right with no consideration and have no idea how to manage properly. They write leases up like their elementary school children typing up a report and do not care to go through the lease you are signing. I am sure whoever reads this has tuned out already so I will pull the plug here but just know, do NOT move here. These people are incomprehensible and living in what they consider ""new"" apartments is not worth it in the slightest. I cannot wait to move out and I know so many other tenants that feel the same way. more
