WOW! Simply Great. This company is professional competent and responsive in all levels. They only use managers that can meet the same standard - their rejects always seem to end up working for some "also ran" company and seem to be taunted as "more experienced". Having had one hired and one fired let me tell you Mr Helsing does not keep up with incompetence. more

Helpful 4/3/2014

I thought it would be impossible to reduce my mortgage because of the lawsuit going on right now for homeowners in general lowering the mortgage. This law firm helped me reduced it to half and now I am not living off of one paycheck after another. I could actually save now. Thanks to you guys. more

Great response time 2/18/2014

I reported a trip and fall. Safety cones were out within a few hours and contractor was repairing the side walk within a week. Great response time given the fact the HOA managers need to get Board approval on many of these things before they can act. more

We now have an excellent manager representing our HOA. Very responsive, communicative and good presentation skills. Till he came on board, I did not realize how bad the previous manager was. Additional community inspections would increase familiarity with the community. more
