Here's a recent customer testimonial from our Good Feet store in Hillsboro: My name is Jason Nicholson. I live in Cornelius Oregon. For the past 10 months I have suffered unimaginable pain due to Plantar Fasciitis. I have tried everything possible to relieve the pain with no success. An old High School friend of mine who has dealt with the same type of discomfort told me about his experience with Joey at the Hillsboro Oregon Good Feet. He explained to me that within minutes of having his new ""Exercisers"" in his shoes he felt relief. 2 weeks later he reports that he is completely pain free. Like I said, I have tried everything. Orthodics from two different doctors, monthly painful cortisone injections, physical therapy, costly over the county inserts for my shoes, you name it and I have done it. Today I hobbled into Good Feet and asked for Joey. They greeted my wife and I promptly and offered us water. Joey then asked me if I would like a foot massage. I accepted. She then took imprints of my feet and pointed out the many areas that were wrong, and explained to me why I was in pain, and what she could do to help relieve my pain. I was worried about cost, but more worried about the way I have been living my life. I am a full time stay at home Dad. I have 6 children including a 5 year old little girl who is my world. Each day (in excruciating pain) I walk with her to a park 4 blocks from my home. Each step I take is like driving a rail road tie into my heels, yet I do this for the soul enjoyment of my Daughter. As the days turned to weeks and months our trips to the park have become shorter, and even lately I have driven her in my car only to sit on the park bench while she begs me to push her on the swing and play with her on the big toy set. Anyway, within moments of putting the Exercisers in my shoes I felt instant relief. I just couldn't believe it. My wife began to weep as I explained in surprise the relief of pain. Her tears made me well up. She said to Joey and I that it hurts her so much to see me in this kind of pain each day, and to finally see some light at the end of a very dark tunnel filled her with joy, and hope. While today is just the first day, I am sitting here virtually pain free. I simply cannot thank Joey enough for her help. THANK YOU ALL AT GOOD FEET!! I am looking forward to going to the park and playing with my little girl Gracie Joy tomorrow. She got a new bike for her Birthday last week, and I can't wait to run along side her as she learns to ride it. I can't believe that my life will be better now. I came in one day for Plantar Fasciitis and got fitted with their supports. It was a lengthy process and it was very informative. The salesperson showed me their 3 step system. I walked around the store for a bit and felt instant pain relief!!! I can't tell you how good it feels to be able to walk without the agonizing pain. THANK YOU GOOD FEET!!! The worst business (Happy Valley, OR store) my friend & I have ever experienced (we’re both in our 40’s). I paid >$1000 for arches for my friend & I. They said we could exchange within 30 days. I decided to exchange 1 arch within the 30 days, however they conveniently had no items in my size to give me an exchange for other than a pair of $140 sneakers & $12-14 socks! Instead, they gave me a gift card supposedly worth the arch ($299) that I could spend later. At the time, they also did not care that the extremely overpriced wedges we bought ($150 for wedges that look like they cost no more than a few bucks to make) actually hurt our feet – so, that was a major $ loss. Some of the wedges were placed improperly, ripped my cushions, & can’t be adjusted, so now we need new cushions too. When I returned use my $299 gift card, they took the $120 discount back (which I originally got when I bought >$1000 worth of product) despite trying to exchange just 1 arch! Again, they did not have any items available in my size or close to my size to use the gift card on other than sneakers, socks, & slippers. Good luck exchanging anything! The manager was the worst person we have ever had to interact with. We can’t say much about the arches other than they hurt us. I’m not sure that everyone has that experience but no matter what you do, be cautious & beware of the wedges! In addition, I would avoid the Happy Valley store given their staff. more
