Don't call this shop for a quote. Don't do it. Though they are polite, but there is no follow through and there is always an excuse out of their control when you call them. Other glazers are able to get windows from the same manufacturer in half the time. After telling me they broke my window when it arrived (5 weeks after taking my deposite and order), it took 9 weeks to get my ""rush order"" replacement. Installed fit and finish is uneven, spaces in the calk large enough to hide nickles and the awning window rubs the wood trim on one side as it cranks outward. Not looking forward to hiring a PROFESSIONAL to come fix it. Beside the other negative review here, we've talked to 3 others who had bad experiences with this shop, unfortunately after they had our deposit.
